1、 The braking effect is not good. The car brakes normally, but the braking distance exceeds the specified value. The reason is: (a) Air seeps into the brake oil; (b) Leakage in the braking system cannot guarantee system pressure;
2、 Sudden brake failure. Continuously pressing the brake pedal, the brake pedal is pressed to the limit position, but there is no braking. The reason is: (a) The brake master cylinder or slave cylinder has severe oil leakage. (b) The sealing ring of the brake master cylinder or slave cylinder piston is damaged, or there is too much air in the brake oil circuit.
3、 The brakes are shaking. The reason is that the end face runout of the brake disc is out of tolerance, the brake caliper is deformed, and the brake pads are worn into cones.
4、 The brake deviates. The reason is that the brake clearance is inconsistent and the brakes are not synchronized.
5、 The brake squeaks. The reason is that the brake discs and pads, or brake drums and shoes, are worn unevenly.
6、 The brake does not return. In this situation, it is generally necessary to first check whether the brake hub is hot. If a single brake wheel heats up, it indicates that the brake is faulty; If all four wheels are hot, it indicates that the brake master cylinder has malfunctioned.
